SEASONS |
Low Season: from January to March; form October to December (excluding public holidays).
Shoulder Season: from April to June; September.
High Season: July and August; Easter, Christmas, New Year's and other public holidays.
2-night minimum stay for the week-ends. In high season we accept resevation only from saturday to saturday. We are open all year round. Please look up our OFFERS page for last minute prices for weekends and short stays. |

DISCOUNTS |
Children under 3 years free if sharing bed with parents.
50% Discount for children between 3 and 7;
30% Discount for children from 8 to 12. 5% discount for stays of 2 weeks or more.
Weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday. Weekends: 2 nights minimum. Public holidays and long weekends: 3/4 nights minimum. |

Use of wwimming pool with sun chairs and sun umbrellas, end-of-stay housekeeping, dishes and appliances, weekly change of linens (bed linen, bath towel and kitchen linen), mini soccer field, tennis court, ping-pong table, barbecue, park and parking. |

TERMS OF PAYMENT |
30% deposit upon reservation via:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card
Submit the payment receipt and specify the name of the person who made the reservation, the date it was sent and a telephone number. The booking confirmation will be sent by our personnel.
A deposit caution of € 150 is required at your arrival. |

TERMS OF CANCELLATION |
30% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty for cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled arrival date;
50% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty for cancellations made 15 days before the scheduled arrival date;
70% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty for cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled arrival date;
100% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty for cancellations made 3 days or less before the scheduled arrival date. To cancel a reservation send an email or call the property. |
