The restaurant has an elegant banquet room and a typical room, called "L'Osteria del Trenino", which contains extensive documentation about the story of the former Spoleto-Norcia Railway, a narrow railway system that passed through our property. While seated on wooden chairs that were recovered from old and unused train wagons you will be able to enjoy dishes from the traditional Umbrian gastronomy, such as:

the grilled rack of lamb,

the strangozzi, a type of strand pasta that is still homemade,

the bruschettas, seasoned with olive oil from the surrounding hills
