Osteria "Terrantica", our restaurant, organizes special evenings for all those who enjoy good, healthy food. The dishes are prepared with ingredients from our Farm as well as from local producers.
Every 15/20 days, we organize theme dinners and KM Zero dinners, using only ingredients from our Farm.
The menu is a traditional Umbrian one: first courses of home-made pasta; bread baked in a wood-fired oven; our own extra virgin olive oil, seasonal vegetables, and meats from animals raised on the property. |

Teaching Farm |
|
"Fattoria Colle San Nicola" conducts educational activities and is registered in the lists of the Regional Association of Teaching Farms. Highly qualified personnel organizes activities for children from kindergarten to middle school, as well as for our younger guests: a minimum of 15 participants is required for the latter.
The "Fattoria" proposes full days of hands-on lessons on the farm for children and adults. Among the various themes are: A Day of Olive Oil and Bruschetta; Our Daily Bread; My Organic Garden; All the Secrets of Milk; Fruit, Vegetables and Jams; Get to Know the Animals.....and much, much more! |

Production and Sale of our Organic Products |
|
The Certified Organic Farm of the "Terrantica" agritourism covers about 42 hectares of hilly land, and produces many typical items that can be bought at the "Agri-carne" store. Our olive oil is always available, as are seasonal fruits and vegetables, meats, winter and summer white truffles, depending on availability.
You will also find:
